Learn what Clear Practice processes locally and how hosting and advertising providers may handle technical data.
1. Information processed by this site
Writing text, including a name or characters entered for practice, is processed only in your browser and is not saved. Writing share links contain settings only, never entered text. Worksheet settings, titles, seeds, questions, and answers are generated in your browser. Clear Practice does not create learner accounts, receive worksheet content, or store it on an application server.
2. Hosting and technical logs
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and security signals to deliver and protect the service.
3. Advertising
Production pages may use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing information to deliver, measure, and protect advertising, subject to your region and consent choices.
4. Analytics
Production pages may measure aggregate usage with Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. Google Analytics may set cookies or use device identifiers to measure page views and site performance; in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, cookie storage starts denied until consent is granted. Share links are measured using the page path without their configuration parameters. Product events include only coarse worksheet settings, not entered names, worksheet text or student work.
5. Children and classroom use
The service is designed for adults preparing learning materials. Do not enter a child’s full name or other personal information in the worksheet title. We do not knowingly request or create profiles for children.
6. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Where required, advertising consent choices should be offered before personalized advertising is used. You can also review Google’s advertising and privacy controls.
